SUNDAY BEST: Love my Love
We decided on a quiet Valentine's Day this year with Thai food and a movie on the sofa (Derick did sneak in a flower delivery from my favorite florist though!). But as usual, life was also packed full of other happenings and calendar fillers. I had my annual review at work, covered stairs in Revit with my class (whew! modeling stairs sucks) met a long-time-no-see friend for dinner with the girls, and ended the week with a Saturday Quantitative Stats class of my own - boo. Without a doubt, the high of highs was spending time with Derick AFTER the week had come to a close. We went to the Winged Tapestry museum exhibit, tried a new restaurant in the Plaza District, grocery shopped and filled our fridge with tons of healthy food. It's in these comfortable moments of life that I realize how lucky in love I am. Whether we are getting dressed up and going out, or throwing on beanies and going grocery shopping it's all pretty awesome when it's with your best friend.
